The statuettes, also known as the goddess statues or just statues, are one of the main collectible items found scattered in hidden areas of Hell from Agony.

These particular statues are real-life ancient artifacts:
- Venus of Willendorf - An ancient Venus figurine made with oolitic limestone.
- Venus of Dolní Věstonice - A Venus figurine, a ceramic statuette of a nude female figure. It was found at the Paleolithic site Dolní Věstonice in the Moravian basin south of Brno, in the base of Děvín Mountain.
- Nammu - A figurine based on the Sumerian snake-headed goddess, corresponding to Tiamat in Babylonian mythology.
- Isis - A nursing statue based on the Egyptian goddess, whose worship spread throughout the Greco-Roman world.
- Nathor Nile River Goddess - A figurine of an Egyptian fertility bird goddess. It was discovered in the graves of Mohamerian, near Edfu.
