The achievement's title may refer to the rich man mentioned in the "Rich Man and Lazarus" parable of Jesus Christ. According to the Gospel of Luke, it tells of the relationship, during life and after death, between an unnamed rich man and a poor beggar named Lazarus. Lazarus, who accepts God, died in sickness and is delivered up to Heaven. The rich man also died and ends up being in Hell.
